My name is Alexandra Dobre and I am a Plant-Based Educator and a Licensed Food For Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee For Responsible Medicine (PCRM). I provide evidence-based nutrition education and cooking classes that focus on a low fat, high fiber, whole foods plant-based diet.
